Refund Policy
No Refunds for Change of Mind or User Errors
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or make errors in booking or attending sessions. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure correct scheduling and attendance.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The therapy service is canceled by us, or
- You have paid an amount exceeding the entitled charge due to an error on our part, in which case a refund will be made within 14 days as mandated by Section 17(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid charges.
- Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance or missed without notice are non-refundable.
No Refund After Service Delivery
Once a therapy session has been delivered, payments for that session are non-refundable.
Compliance with Consumer Protection Act 1999
This policy complies with the CPA, including the requirement to refund any overpayment within 14 days and disallowing clauses that exclude consumer rights under the law.
